BeatSeat® is a handcrafted percussion instrument, built to order with great care. Due to the custom nature of our products, all BeatSeat sales are final.

In the rare event of shipping-related damage, customers must provide clear photos of both the shipping box and the damaged BeatSeat upon delivery for review and proper consideration. Claims submitted without supporting photos may not be eligible for evaluation.
